The Town of Castle Rock will have to wait a little longer for the results of the Aug. 19 special election relating to the open carry of firearms in town-owned facilities and parks. The ballot contained two questions, one regarding the authority of the town manager to regulate open carry, and another on a charter amendment that would require a town vote to change gun laws in the future.
