Fink Ink, pictured, whose business is at 116 Strong St. received the “Strenghtening Our Community “Award from the Brighton Economic Development Corp. Aug. 3. The business was among a group of two people, a community agency and a commercial real estate project to reeive awards from the Brighton Economic Development Corp. Other recipients were Lani Dolifka, founder of Watermill Express, 177 W. Jessup St. in Brighton, who received the “Strengthening our Community” award; The Brighton Housing Authority received the “Community Partnership” award for working on the Windmill Ranch development project; Big Choice Brewery, 21 S. First Ave., received the “Accelerating Business” award; and The 76 Commerce Center, on the east side of Interstate 76 north of Bromley Lane received the “Next Big Thing” award.
