May 18
An unnamed resident reported a female juvenile, age 13, as a runaway. A report was taken and the juvenile was entered as missing.
Resident Luis Chaves-Malidonado, 23, was arrested on a warrant out of Adams County for failure to appear under original charges. He is being held at Adams County Jail.
Marlene Rodriguez-Franco, 23, of Arvada reported a motor vehicle theft. The case remains open.
Police registered a sex offender at the police department, 130 S. McKinley Ave., as required by state law. The police did not release the person’s name.

Resident Marcus Lenox, 23, reported missing or stolen license plates. The case remains open.

Resident Abigay Tijerina, 48, was arrested for driving with a restricted license. She is being held at Weld County Jail.
Steven Johnston, 34, of Aurora was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a domestic violence-related assault charge. He is being held at Weld County Jail and was issued summons for driving with a suspended license.
Johnnie Gurule, 39, of Conejos was arrested for being intoxicated in the roadway, obstructing police and resisting arrest. He is being held at Weld County Jail.

Robert Jacquez, 25, of Greeley was arrested for driving while his license is under restraint as a habitual traffic offender. He is being held at Weld County Jail.
Ramon Trujillo, 60, of Lochbuie was contacted after a traffic accident. Summons was issued for careless driving.
Resident Faustino Ortiz, 41, reported a lost wallet. The case remains open.
Francisco Zambrano, 39, of Kansas was arrested for driving under the influence and related traffic charges. He is being held at Weld County Jail.

Resident Matthew Salazar, 38, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and a related traffic offense. He is being held at Weld County Jail.
Resident Daniel Vigil, 33, reported that he lost his driver’s license. The case remains open.

Benito Gutierrez-Toledo, 37, of California was arrested for driving under the influence and related traffic offenses. He is being held at Weld County Jail.
Resident Denise Garcia, 46, reported a theft from her vehicle. The case remains open.
Vicente Cisneros, 19, of Brighton was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, driving with a restricted license, and underage possession of marijuana. He is being held at Weld County Jail.
Jose Martinez-Savago, 20, of Lochbuie was contacted during a traffic contact. Summons was issued for driving with a restricted license, no proof of insurance and displaying fictitious license plates.
Resident Lisa Ross, 31, was arrested for second degree trespassing. She is being held at Weld County Jail.
