Arvada West’s graduation this year was held on the morning of May 20, at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield. The class, decked out in black robes for the boys, and withe for the girls, were recognized for their years of hard work, and academic achievement. For their class quote, the seniors chose this: “What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us” — Ralph Waldo Emerson
