Expanded care center

In celebration of the company’s growth and continued job creation, Alliance Data’s card services business, a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of branded credit card programs, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony May 5 at the company’s Westminster center. The center at 995 W. 122nd Ave., which handles more than 418,000 customer transactions per month, was expanded by 52,500 square feet. As a result of the expansion, the Westminster facility has more than 100 associates starting in the coming weeks and is recruiting more than 50 additional associates, according to a media release from Alliance Data. Alliance Data also showed its continued support of A Precious Child with a $25,000 gift to the local organization, which serves disadvantaged and displaced children in Colorado. Alliance Data’s card services business announced last year the expansion of the Westminster customer care center, which supports approximately 8.9 million phone calls for credit customers annually. With the expansion completed, the facility has 117,000 square feet of space. Earlier this year, the Westminster location was recognized as the 2016 Top Place to Work by the Denver Post.
