Brighton Fire Rescue Captain Brian Olivas dishes up some green chili during the 2016 Firefighter Chili Challenge held Saturday at the Copper Rail restaurant at 174 S. Main St. Firefighter cooks along the Front Range competed for “best green,” “best red” and “best specialty chili” rights. All proceeds went to the Western States Burn Center at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
