Ted Gerstner, 76, of Hudson, died Aug. 8 in Lafayette.
Ted was born in Cheyenne Wells to Mike and Madeline (Billinger) Gerstner in March 1939. He met and married Linda (Sackett) in Cheyenne Wells and together they shared 55 years of marriage, raising their two children, Leanne and Vince.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife and children; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A Rosary will be at 7 p.m., Aug. 13, at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home, 75 S. 13th Ave. Tabor-Rice handled the arrangements. A Mass of Christian burial is set for 11 a.m., Aug. 14, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 38044 County Road 16, Roggen. Interment follows at Heart of the Plains Cemetery.
