Throughout the month of April, several fourth-, fifth-, seventh- and eighth-graders across the state will start using a new online test.
The CMAS (Colorado Measures of Academic Success) test is an online version of testing that will be implemented statewide rather than taking the TCAP
Students through eleventh grade will take the tests, which will asses English, language arts and math, beginning in the 2014-2015 school year. The new tests will work to prepare Colorado students for both career and college.
