Council unanimously authorized the city manager to execute a contract with the low bidder, American West Construction, LLC, in the amount of $653,550 to complete pipeline repairs in Lowell Boulevard, plus a contingency of $65,355 for a total authorized expenditure of $718,905 and authorized an amendment to the Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company design contract for construction management services in the amount of $87,372 plus contingency of $8,737 for a total authorized expenditure of $96,109.
