Rosemary E. Muse, 82, of Ft. Lupton, passed away Jan. 5, 2014, in Loveland. She was born April 5, 1931, in Longmont, to Daniel and Anna (Zeiler) Hessler, and graduated from high school in Hudson in 1949. She married Lennie Muse on June 4, 1949, in Fort Lupton.
Rosemary lived in Fort Lupton since 1955 and worked as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell from 1947 to 1960 and then as a Bookkeeper for Ft. Lupton State Bank from 1960 to 1978. She was a member of the Ft. Lupton Baptist Church, Eastern Star Bountiful #72 and Brighton #52.
She loved to travel in any fashion to any destination. She loved to sew and participated in numerous bowling leagues.
Rosemary is survived by her children, Jean (Harmon) Muse-Reynolds, of Fort Lupton, and Keith (Herminia) Muse, of Security; one brother, Daniel Hessler, of Trinidad; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lennie, in November 2010.
Visitation will be held on from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2014. All services will be held at Crossroads Baptist Church, 1115 First St. in Ft. Lupton. Interment at Hillside Cemetery.
