Ron Johnson, 74, of Dacono, passed away Aug. 13, 2013, in Louisville. He was born Dec. 30, 1938, in Chicago, Ill., to Oliver and Bernice Johnson. He attended school in Proviso Township and worked in the printing industry.
    He married Evelyn Judy Orton Aug. 6, 1960.
    He is survived by a sister, Janet Kirrane; a son, Ron Johnson; daughters, Terri Johnson, Debbie Fraudendorfer and Christy Johnson; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jerry Johnson; and his wife, Eleyn.
    Funeral services were Aug. 16, 2013, at Erlinger Funeral Home of Fort Lupton, officiated by Pastor Sam Sanches. Interment followed at Hillside Cemetery in Fort Lupton. Erlinger Funeral Home of Fort Lupton handled the arrangements.
