Susanne M. Fields, of Nederland and formerly of Brighton, died May 9, 2013, after a long illness.
Sue was born Jan. 21, 1942, to Clarence Douglas and Louise (Allison) Fields. She was preceded in death by her father in 1984 and mother in 1985.
Susanne is survived by a brother, James Fields (Barbara), of Chicago, Ill., and a sister, Elizabeth Cleveland (Carl), of Kansas City, Mo., along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Sue was a Chef, creating her own recipes and owned several restaurants in Colorado. She loved to fish, travel and cook for picnic’s and barbeques with friends. She had a good sense of humor and was an avid reader.
