Pablo Martinez, 59, of Denver, passed away Sept. 7, 2012, at Denver Hospice. He was born Nov. 18, 1952, to Pablo and Aurora Martinez in Cuidad Jarez, Mexico. He attended Tecate Instituto and worked in assembly and as a janitor and Ice-o-Matic operator.
Pablo married Bertha Alicia Morales Martinez in July 1979.
He is survived by brothers Armando, Roberto and Oscar Martinez; sisters Romelia, Martha, Chela, Leti and Soledad; daughters Mayra Valadez and Josefina Morales; sons Juan Pablo Martinez and Roberto Gabriel Martinez; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Arturo and Carlos Martinez, and a sister, Ica Marinez.
A viewing is scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 14, 2012, at Erlinger Funeral Home in Fort Lupton, 806 Denver Ave. Funeral services are set for Sept. 15 at Iglesia Nueva Esperanzo in Brighton.
