Dr. Ron Fair uses a replica apple press to make apple cider at Saturday’s Brighton Market Day at the Cultural Arts Center. Fair, who is a member of Brighton Rotary, was helping the service group raise money by selling local Sakata corn, fresh or grilled, Palisades Peaches and freshly made apple cider. Visitors to the event were able to purchase locally grown produce, listen to live music and gather information on a number of local companies and organizations.
