The trial for an Adams County sheriff’s deputy accused of second-degree assault is due to start Nov. 13.
    David Morrow also faces charges of witness tampering and official oppression.
    The sheriff’s department said Morrow assaulted a suspect in the back of an ambulance after a party on Welby Road 13 months ago. The sheriff’s department fired Morrow in July 2011.
