David E. McDill, Jr., 39, of Thornton, died July 20, 2011, at his home.
    He was born Jan. 5, 1972, in Bellville, Ill., to David E. McDill Sr. and Geraldine E. Klever.
    David is survived by his wife, Amy, of Thornton; and two children, Joshua and Matthew.
    A celebration of life will be at noon, July 27, at Quebec Run Park, in Thornton. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
