David E. McDill, Jr., 39, of Thornton, died July 20, 2011, at his home. He was born Jan. 5, 1972, in Bellville, Ill., to David E. McDill Sr. and Geraldine E. Klever.
     David is survived by his wife, Amy, of Thornton; and two children, Joshua and Matthew.
     A celebration of life will wasJuly 27 at Quebec Run Park in Thornton. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
