Second Lieutenant Jason K. Powell was recently chosen as the
Company Grade Officer of the Quarter Award winner for both the
463rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and for the 463rd Airlift

The award is based on three categories: leadership and job
performance in primary duties, significant self-improvement and
base and community involvement. Competitors are submitted first at
the squadron level, then to the group level, the base and
eventually the Air Force level, if the member’s package continues
to win.
