Rosemary E. Bardon, 101, passed away August 2, 2006, at the
Brookside Inn in Castle Rock.
Rosemary Eleanor Kreyer was born Aug. 3, 1904, in St. Paul,
Minn., the daughter of John B. and Mary L. (Leier) Kreyer. She is
survived by her son, Jack Bardon of St. Paul, daughter, Charlotte
Sholes of Larkspur, 10 grandchildren and 15
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward.
Private interment was held at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery in
Littleton. Memorial Services are 2 p.m. Aug. 17 at Olinger Chapel
Hill Mortuary in Littleton.

Betty L. Johnson
Betty L. Johnson, 81, of Castle Rock died Aug. 2, 2006, at Sky
Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree. Funeral Services were held Aug.
4 at the Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Funeral Home, with
interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Johnson was born March 24, 1925, in Logan, Utah, the daughter of
Grant A. and Barbara (Anderson) Allen. She was a member of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day-Saints, Castle Rock Ward.
Johnson had worked as a waitress, enjoyed golf and loved telling
jokes. She moved to Castle Rock in 2002 from Yreka, Calif., to be
near her son.
Johnson is survived by children John (Karen) Herr of Larkspur,
Susan (David) Sellens of California and Colleen Herr of California.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren
and two sisters, Colleen Rockwell of California and Barbara Walker
of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the
Valley House, Elderly Assisted Living, 255 S. Valley Dr., Castle
Rock, CO 80104.
