Patsy Stevens
Patsy J. Stevens, 72, a native of Douglas County, died Sept. 18
at the Castle Rock Care Center.
A graveside service is at 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at Cedar Hill Cemetery
in Castle Rock. The Rev. Henry J. Hiddinga will
officiate.
Patsy Jean Fauver was born May 12, 1933, in Colorado Springs,
the daughter of Byron Cecil and Violetta (Whittier)
Fauver.
She and Richard (Rich) M. Stevens were married Oct. 22, 1952, in
Walsenberg.
A homemaker, Patsy was an avid antique collector and enjoyed
time spent with her friends.
Mrs. Stevens is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Fauver;
brother Donald Fauver; daughters Jerry and Terry Stevens;
son-in-law John Sanden; and father-in-law Dick Stevens.
Mrs. Stevens is survived by her husband of Castle Rock; her
mother, Bill Fauver, of Franktown; daughters Garry Sanden of
Scottsdale, Ariz., and Jana Thomas and her husband, Todd, of Iliff;
sister Carol Bradley and her husband, Joe, of Franktown;
grandchildren Mandy (Chris) Wright, Steven Simon, Chrissy Thomas
and Corrie Thomas; great-granddaughter Ashlea Simon; numerous
nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law Tie Stevens of Castle
Rock.
