Anna Pederson
Anna Pederson, 97, of Aurora died Aug. 11. A memorial service
was Aug. 13 at Parker Christian Center.
Born Nov. 9, 1907, in Grand Forks, N.D., she was the daughter of
Gunnar and Tillie (Nelson) Jacobson.
She and Arthur Pederson were married Jan. 5, 1924, in Grand
Forks. He died in 1968.
She was a housewife. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting
and quilting. She had belonged to the Women’s Ministries Council,
for which she sewed clothing for missionaries.
She is survived by daughters Shirley Barnard of Aurora, Sharon
Baltau and her husband, Ralph, of Canyon Country, Calif., and
Sandra Boyd and her husband, Gerald, of Galt, Calif.; 18
grandchildren; and 29 great grandchildren. Her 13 brothers and
sisters preceded her in death.
