A man woke up with his wife and told her he wanted to have sex. She refused, and the man became angry. She tried to reach for the cell phone over him, and he grabbed her. He held her to him and bit her on the back. The two argued for an hour, and when the woman tried to get away, she told police he punched her on the buttocks. The argument escalated until the woman’s young niece tried to step between them. The man then hit the niece in the head, so the woman bit her husband to get the man away from the niece. When police arrived, the man had left. He was headed for Texas.

This only made matters worse, as he turned on them with a prolific tongue-lashing. When police arrived, the man turned his swearing words to the officers. He was arrested for disorderly conduct but put up a fight. At one point, he tried spitting on an officer.

A woman was quite frazzled when she spoke to Lakewood police about unauthorized transactions on her debit card. The five charges totaling almost $200 signed by a “Jose” did not bother her as much as her treatment by the Denver Police Department. She told the Lakewood officer that the DPD would not take the signed credit card receipts, and they were “very rude” to her. The person she spoke with allegedly used the “F-word” more than once and criticized a female employee, calling her a “b—-” because she had sent the woman to him. She told Lakewood cops the Denver officer then told her not to expect the DPD to investigate anything concerning her case.

An 18-year-old female was walking through a parking lot when she saw a man wearing no pants manipulating himself in his vehicle. She stood momentarily in shock while the man looked at her and continued his activity. She wrote down his license plate number and called police. The man left, but police were able to locate his residence. When they arrived, the man denied the allegations. Then police reports say he broke down and said, “Man, this is embarrassing.” The man went on to tell police that he had finished his burger from Wendy’s when a brunette walked by and waved at him. “I smiled back, and my mind just started wandering. I couldn’t control myself, and I started, you know.” He asked the officers to apologize to the woman. He was cited for public indecency.
