Ruth Horst

Ruth Horst, 85, of Johnstown died Nov. 16 at North Colorado
Medical Center in Greeley.

Born April 22, 1918, in Keota, she was the daughter of George
and Christina (Bitterman) Weickum. She and Ted Horst were married
March 11, 1937, in Greeley.

Mrs. Horst is survived by her husband of Johnstown; daughters
June Bohlender and her husband, Glenn, of Castle Rock and Janet
Drieth and her husband, Larry, of Grand Junction; sisters Clara
Horst of Westminster and Esther Prior of Merced, Calif.;
granddaughters Elizabeth Dewhurst and her husband, Mark, of Golden,
Suzanne Pierce and her husband, Sam, of Monument, Carolyn Bohlender
and Larry Smithey of Golden and Meichele Bohlender of Castle Rock;
and six great-grandchildren.
