The Feb. 27 article “Four businesses get liquor licenses
suspended” said that liquor licenses for China Station, Stonegate
Wine and Spirits, Parker Wine and Liquor and Shell Station No. 5665
were suspended from five to 10 days because of a liquor code
violation.

The Parker Licensing Authority suspended the licenses of the
four stores. However, the suspensions will not go into effect
unless the stores receive an additional violation within a
year.

In addition to the suspension, each store must provide basic
alcohol awareness training within 60 days to all employees who
handle alcoholic beverages.
