To the editor:
I was extremely honored to receive the Castle Rock Rotary Club
student of the month award, but the article printed in the Jan. 29
edition of the News-Press was incorrect about a couple
things.
I received the Huskie of the Month award only once and am not a
Boy Scout, although I did help a friend with his Eagle Scout
project.
There was evidently a miscommunication somewhere along the line,
and I just wanted to set the record straight.
Thanks again to the Rotary Club for honoring me and for all the
good work it does in Castle Rock.
