Chris Gammon

Chris Gammon, formerly of Sedalia and a graduate of Douglas
County High School and Colorado State University, will leave Hays
Medical Center in Kansas, where he has been the primary hand
occupational therapist for six years.

Chris and his wife, Cheryl, and their new son, Hunter Daniel,
born Jan. 13, will move to Boise, Idaho. Gammon recently was hired
at St. Lukes Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital in Idaho as a
certified hand therapist. Cheryl Gammon, former high school English
teacher and financial planner, will be a full-time, stay-at-home
mom.

Chris Gammon recently earned the designation of certified hand
therapist, which is awarded upon the completion of the
certification examination process administered by the Hand Therapy
Certification Commission. The commission is the only
internationally recognized credential for therapists who specialize
in upper extremity rehabilitation. Five years of clinical
experience, 2,000 hours of experience and an examination are
required for certification.

Gammon will be inducted this year as a member of the American
Society of Hand Therapists.
