The newly renovated BridgeCenters building, which formerly
housed Club Disney, will open to the public in Lone Tree’s
entertainment district in January.
The 30,000-square-foot, two-story building will house executive
office suites, day offices, a full service copy/print shop and
meeting and conference rooms. The building will also include a
Panera Bread restaurant, said Steve Tucker, chairman and co-founder
of BridgeCenters.
The idea behind BridgeCenters is to provide satellite office
space for people who now work at home, small business owners,
self-employed people and corporations.
“We want to allow people to work closer to home,” Tucker
said.
In addition to leasing offices on an hourly and daily basis,
BridgeCenters will also rent cubicles with computers and high-speed
Internet access.
Tucker, who purchased the building in October 2001, is
refinishing the building.
The renovation includes a major paint job. The orange of the
former Club Disney will give way to a beige.
BridgeCenters President Dave Blanchard anticipates that the
exterior renovation should be complete by the end of the month.
Blanchard said some tenants might move into the building by
December.
The Lone Tree BridgeCenters will be the company’s second
location. The other location is in the Smoky Hill shopping center
near E-470 and Smoky Hill Road.
