It’s time to “spring forward” once again.
At 2 a.m. Sunday, every Douglas County resident gets one hour
older as most of the nation launches into Daylight Saving Time.
Only portions of Arizona and Indiana don’t worry about fiddling
with their clocks twice a year.
Although the time change officially doesn’t happen until early
Sunday morning, there’s no law against moving your timepieces ahead
one hour – repeat, ahead – before going to bed Saturday
night.
Mountain Daylight Time gives all of us one hour more daylight on
spring and summer evenings.
But don’t get used to it. We’ll all regain the lost hour next
October when we return to standard time.
