The new cooking series at the Highlands Ranch Library, Highlands
Ranch Cooks, will have its second meeting on at 1 p.m., Feb. 24.
Chef Mick Rosacci will present program, “Chocolate: The Ultimate
Food Group.”
Rosacci is the Director of Marketing for Tony’s Meats and
Specialty Foods in Littleton, writer of a weekly cooking column for
the Highlands Ranch Herald and Littleton Independent newspapers,
and a regular guest on the KMGH Channel 7 morning show on
Saturdays.
Space is in the class is limited. Those interested should
register at the library’s Information Desk.
